The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association is hosting an Ownership Seminar Saturday, July 15 at the Indiana Grand Racing and Casino in Shelbyville, Ind ., the organization announced Tuesday.
The day-long event is being held on the same day as the GII Indiana Derby and will offer those in town for the state’s top day of racing an up close and personal view of Thoroughbred ownership. The audience will have the opportunity to speak with leading owneds, breeders, trainers and industry professionals. Prior to the seminar, the Indiana Horse Racing Commission and the Indiana Thoroughbred Breed Development Program will be hosting a marketing and ad seminar for breeders and owneds who want to increase awareness of their farms and breeding programs.
